Agree with your take with one exception, that being the description of structural alteration of the geology based on the cross section provided in the recent McFaulds PR for Fancamp. This section shows a well defined sequence of units that have been overturned and no folding but it may be oversimpistic. There are also fault zones in this mix that will complicate things. The key point of Peter's investigation as I see it is the eastern contact area between the basement rock and the ultramafic intrusive. This is where he has intersected Eagle 1 like mineralization and where he believes the main body of Ni/Cu is. The increasing conductance found near the contact between the ultramafic and granodiotite in hole FN-10-19 could be the place to look. One or two holes into this conductive anomaly based on data collected from the downhole geophysical profile may either show how right Peter's team is or the end of McFaulds.
One exception to "end" being the VMS on the eastern side of the claim group. But there would have to be a substantial deposite of great grades to make this work. There also could be lenses of chromite in the 3.5 km 'chromite bed' but where are they.
Just my opinion
