Website is back up. I myself cannot confirm that there is anything "new" as I hadn't looked at it for some time. I did notice that there is no information regarding "Share Structure". Although the site provides LINKS where one could potentially garner this info, I think that it should be made more readily available, perhaps even highlighted, as this is an attractive feature of the company (at least at this time) .
