When no one showed an interest in developing the ROF besides CLF,Mac made it happen.As shareholders of FWR we felt a tad ripped off but without that deal we wouldn't have a deal for SPQ or KWG or any other company that wants to see the development proceed.I met him and liked him and I'm glad he's still here to share his ROF expertise with our company.
