On the NOT board this evening, Glorieux states:

"I was gone all day but I have heard from 2 different sources that an offer is coming very soon. If it plays like other times, we will get something premarket Monday morning but some of the info points to next week. However, since the word is out...if the rumor is true, they will probably push their agenda up...Next week should be very interesting if this rumor pans out. I am not sure what the initial offer would be but I bet it will be inadequate for most shareholders. Noront's response will be nice to see as well."

So, if this indeeds pans out, what are the implications for FNC? Do we get a bounce from this? Any thoughts? I have to say, it makes perfect sense for Cliff's to make a move for NOT right now before the fall. Sum4all post clearly outlined all the reasons which i agree with.
