Perhaps that what's happening with Probe? Someone with lots of cash keeps buying up to .70c. If that's the case, we can test it by doubling our ask price and see if Cliffs buys. At the very least, one doesn't need to sell out below .60c

If Cliffs is lurking, I wonder if they've been impatient for this news release like we've been. And finally it's out so now they can assume control of FNC.

Interesting about C-5 vs. C-3 though? Did that surprise Cliffs as well?
