i wouldn't expect so much volume if some of these 'hints' people have been writing about are true. Who sells pending news... unless some people know this is a smokescreen. Sounds like Peter has his posse ready to buy into his games.

I'm pessimistic at this point only because of the trading patterns. Not to say we can't pull a hole any minute/day! Or jv or sell a property. We'll see!
