Personally, I wouldnt put a buyout figure on this right now.We have too many properties that are being worked on right now that could change our value overnight. I think if we have the time to prove up some of these properties we can be multiples from here. I also think that a merger/s is also a possibility that could lead to the splitting off of our properties as someone else here mentioned. I guess what I am trying to say is that I cant put a price out now but know it is multiples from our current sp.
