I think making a go at Noront would bring competition in. Going for Fancamp would spark Noront to make an FNC share swap. certainly it would create a base evaluation for the SP. As we've pointed out, Argex four yrs from now is currently valued at 9 mil. Champion established 5 mil immediate and estimated 5 mil devlpment. we can safely estimate selling it all now for 20 mil to partners without shoping for a major -like in one week. the point being our assured base value without any insitu estimation or hopeful buyout or ore discovery is 20 mil or .40/sp share. that makes Magpie, Mcfauld's ROF, Beauce and others free or bonus should anyone buy us out for .20million. they immediately break even. so yes we are sitting ducks for a takeover. Of course I won't lift an eyebrow for less then 2.00 per share. and this offer would be a disappointment and I'm long since flying blue. Magpie alone is a known economic ore that's worth 5 to 10 per share when my bed sheets are a bit damp. I think the investing world knows the fnc 50mil shares are held by a tight loyal knowledgeable little club of investors. therefore this might be taken into consideration for the reason Cliffs and Noront haven't tried to hostilly punk us. -sg
