Perhaps I am just an ignoramus.

Why would Cliff's pass up on FNC this early when FNC has the Magpie property? If they are interested in producing Steel, why would you not want 1/2 of an Iron Ore property at peanut prices?

Had they taken out FNC sooner, they could have halted this drilling on C-1 to try and hamper any NOT move up to make them vulnerable as well.
