FANCAMP ENGAGES BAY STREET CONNECT

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. has engaged the services of Bay Street Connect, an owner-managed firm and a provider of investor relations services. Under the terms of the engagement, which is for a minimum of six months and continues thereafter on a month-to-month basis, Bay Street Connect will be paid $3,000 per month plus disbursements. It will also be granted 100,000 options having an exercise price of 40 cents, which options vest over a year as to 25,000 per quarter in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
