The year of Fancamp

Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
Cliffs offered barely enough to lure the votes, never did they do too much to guarantee the deal get bagged. Is this normal? I ask this because I'm curious how they'd handle Fancamp in an attempt to buy out Magpie or ROF property. Perhaps this is too premature, but I'm curious what we'd all like (price per share) collectively for each of these properties. I'm sure Cliffs would offer .60c for FNC. Get out of town, we're not going down like cheap whores.
By the way, Smith sounded very upbeat in a recent conversation and seemed excited about all the activity he's involved in this year. No new information was conveyed that hasn't already been posted. On the other hand, maybe there was new news because as usual, there was way more geo-talk then I could bluff through and understand. He said that he wasn't concerned at all about depth. He'll start drilling once the locals are off the land. Probably need to redrill current hole to clean it out for a probe. More wait time. Funny, I still don't know why I always feel rushed to buy Fancamp. Cliffs' sp is going up, so I'll keep waiting before buying more. But darn that Magpie wildcard. My patience for FWR/CLFs conversion is driving me up the wall.
I suspect the Prices and volume are this low because people are excited about GNH or looking elsewhere. The overlooked company is where the deals are. When considering buying Fancamp in the .40's, I am reassured it won't go lower because they are next to Noront's nickel. Harvey was fired for opening his mouth that the Noront's probe revealed much nickel ore lay under FNC land. To me, plus Noront hitting 10mil tons nickel, firmly established Fancamp in the .40's or low .50's as a base price. I'm also reassured because Cliffs taught the world that FWR/Cliff's Chromite has value and its assumed chromire ore continues from JV's into FNC land.
also, 1) Smith isn't getting younger, 2) North America will be ramping up ore security to compete with upcoming battle with China for U.S. second independence war. translation: Vertical Production from U.S. owned companies subsidized by US government, 3) Mac just got millions, you bet Smith wants some too, 4) Cliffs buying out FWR, has put ROF securely on Major's map, therefor any major interested knows Cliffs is putting 1 1/2 billion into infrastructure. Any investement in ROF will have a means to ship it out to production, 5) afore mentioned properties http://agoracom.com/ir/Fancamp/forums/discussion/topics/399423-the-money-maker-story-in-2010-will-be/messages/1322306#message
Nickel will attract many other interested majors. Chromite apparently is limited to only one interested Major, Cliffs. Cliffs has an interesting dilemma. Obviously, it makes sense for them to buy out the companies with Chromite. However, Cliffs has a funding issue, and if they make an offer at all, it will be a lowball offer. If SPQ is trading at .06, they'll offer .10 or something rediculous like that. So is it really worth it to them to make offers with neighboring companies? They'll lose for sure with FNC, unlike FWR, we are a small group of shareholders who control the sales of our company.
Regardless, and this is premature, if we make any money at all from sales of poperties, I want Smith to understand where the Shareholders stand collectively, "Do we want cash in our accounts or do we approve his use of the money to continue exploring. Or something in between." My Desire: If there is a sale, I want cash to reward my patience for loyally waiting, when I could have sold all my FNC and put it in FWR when it was in the .20s. I'm starting to get impatient, holding money with Smith, only to be delayed one month at a time, until other opportunies have passed me by. Yet I wait, because Fancamp is going to make many, many multiples and momentum is building. For my portoflio, 2010 wil be the year of Fancamp.
Magpie, what the hell? What's the hold up? Everytime I or friends talk to Mr. Smith, his response is the same, "we are working on it." He has already been offered $1.50 for it. Obviously that's too low, but is shows there are interested parties. What are the challenges his man, Fouad Kamaleddine, must overcome? (I am correct that Fouad is Magpie Iron man). I need to learn more about him. Has he had success getting properties sold before? What's his method and approach? Have you heard or seen him lecture at a convention to represent us? Anyone seen him making one and one meetings. He's on other company boards. What does he bring to the table. I should assume that if Smith thought he was useful, then I should too. However...I like to know what's going on? Has he made inroads? What's Sheridan doing in the meantime?
