Sorrry about that post folks. I didn't really vet it throughly...it was late last night, I saw it posted on another board, got excited, and posted it here. Apparently it is old news from 7/18/09 and the deal fell through...which is actually good news, as it had me wondering (if true) how Cliffs would have any leftover capital to pay for the hopefully hefty pricetag of FWR if a buyout was to occur.
