Usually we see the SP of FNC dropping in concert with NOT, but that pattern seems to have been backstopped...interesting...then again, it's not increasing in concert with FWR..so it seems to be the "Switzerland" of the ROF for now...or perhaps most investors are just too tired to pay any heed to FNC ,the turtle of the race. LOL.
