My understanding is that the flow-through monies has to be spent on the properties to be allegeable for tax credits.

155,000 - 10% finders fee = $ 139,500 - 15% office admin. = $ 118,575

maybe enough for 1 drill hole depth of 250m @ $ 250.00/m = $ 62,500.00 plus expensives
