Message: Questions for Debra to ask Peter, since he's not talking.

Just a note from the MD&A on Sedar filed on March 27,09:

"The Company had working capital of $3,287,312 as at January 31, 2009."

Not sure we're in as much financial strain as some have eluded to, unless three or four months of seemingly non activity have depleted these funds.

My strategy and outlook for FNC has completey changed based on NOT's recent depth expansion at Eagle 1. However, it will be critical to see what grades they have come up with first before forming an opinion on the impact of the results for FNC. No doubt FNC will be sitting pretty once McFauld's turns into the mining camp many are expecting. This is definitely a Long Term play and it's clear that Peter is playing the waiting game. But with a low market cap, there is considerable room for some incredible returns here, even though our CEO who acts like he's running a private company can be very frustrating. But he's the one who got these properties and picked off Magpie when it became available so i think he's earned the benefit of the doubt... for now.

With that said, I will put in a call to Peter next week and update the board. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions you would like me to run by him. Still not sure what's holding up the 43-101 up?

Cheers everyone,

Eudai
