Actually, Peter does not have the money to drill, maybe 1-2 holes but then he would be broke. At any rate what I foresee is if this turns out to be good grades at depth for Eagle1, NOT would not want to go too much further without dealing with someone this close. They could pick it up for a small portion of what it would cost if there was a big orebody down there.
