The 408,000 share pp was "non-brokered" which leads me to think that a friend wanted a quantity but didn't want to acquire thru the open market as there just aren't that many on offer and they couldn't be obtained for that price.Maybe we can all call Smith and get a similar deal.Dilution is approx. 1.5% ?
