Last flow thrus was for quebec Beauce property.

Peter cannot use monies for Magpie which although in quebec is also in a seperate company so monies raised by Fancamp cannot be applied to magpie.

Magpie would have to raise cash itself.

Tax Loss selling was done to offset gains earlier in the year - save some cash taxes in April. Nothing to do with buying it back lower - they have enough shares and can always get more thru options like the rest of the world,
