The commodity bull is not over. This is a healthy correction we are going through albeit probably much larger than anyone had ever really envisionned.

But it must be said that all these resoure companies are running after finite and limited metals and ores. This stuff is getting used up and for the most part not renewable. The demand side has subsided for now, but it will return. The market got ahead of itself and we are all suffering but it will be back. Just think of all the people in developping nations and in Asia who seek urbanization and 3 square meals a day. As soon as the delevraging process is complete, we will make gains again.

As far as FNC is concerned, there is little to no worries at the moment. The company has 2 extremely prospective projects and has a full bank account to get things done.

IMO anything under the PP price of 0.50 is a steal. Don't chase the stock but if you are lucky, your low bids will get hit. This is a great opportunity to build a reasonable position with a very interesting risk/reward portfolio.
