I think the plan is to do a PP for Magpie and then a public offering

The PP should add in my opinion about .50 / (50% 0f a $30M market cap) share to the stock price and the IPO $1 to $2 ( 50% of a 60 to 120M market cap initially for Magpie I think these are conservative estimates
