The President under council of the Chief geologist usually make the decisions regarding drilling. In the case, that is P.Smith and P.Smith.

BTW, there is no way any geologist and/or Qualified Person (QP) will sign off on a 43-101 with 2 holes and historical data... especially with something the alleged size of Maggie.
