The reason that they did not raise money at $2.00 may have been that we all all expected to be at least $5.00 by now. I don't know very many people that had the ability to forcast the present market situation. Noront made that call and were lucky, but many others including ourselves did not expext this. How can you blame someone for not being able to tell the future. They had enough money to complete the planned drill program and expected that with a hit or two, that they would not have to dilute our shares near so much.

Really, I can't fault the management for not being able to fortell events such as this months in advance. They are operators of exploration companies, not forcasters of the future.
