Some one will take out Not, or create a JV situation with Noront as developer. Most likely the prior

FNC and a couple of other neighbors, because off proximity, will have to be taken out also

Not the best analytical suggestion, but I think it is simple as that

In the mean time, or on the up side, what if FNC hits High grade?
