Only thing I feel likely, no matter what the visual report on cores, would be plan for followup drill program. 4 holes just aren't enough to do more than tickle any deposit or gain geophysical data as to where to concentrate efforts.

Yes Noront hit it huge with a few holes but that's extremely unusual and shouldn't be expected. Good results would be ones that lead directly to a 30 hole program of drilling. FNC can do that alone perhaps by raising more money OR with a strong hand from results do an extremely advantageous jv on the property.
