I suggested on the PRB and this board that doing a JV with NOT was a viable way of reducing risk and retaining upside potential... Both PRB have seen the market reaction to less than sucessful drilling...

Managment of both may be great geologists, but they are all poor stratagists in the risk reduction catagory.

Today TME has anounced JVing of some of their properties.... using other peoples money is a very viable way of achieving shareholder value via minimal dilution.... Excessive dilution is the equivilent of a JV in any case, as the individuals relative portion is reduced in either case.
