Some directors have very low or no compensation and depend on the sales of their shares. I have tried to find P. Smith numbers but they are not disclosed. I have checked Noront, R. Nemis's compensation is 60K per year I guess most of his drillers make probably double. There is no reason to worry if they dispose of small # of shares. vila
