I don't think Smith has any sense of urgency to drill. HE and Sheridan are already up fifteen times their share price of a couple years ago. Maybe he is waiting for everyone else to drill. That way he can get a surplus drill in a couple of years with no mobilization costs etc. I have heard that he has had other properties and hasn't drilled previously. This is not what I want personnally, but we as shareholders should be given a realistic timetable of when this property is going to be worked on.
