Looks like a consistant short on FNC for some time..... Looks to me like some fund... or deep pockets figure they can replace these at a lower price or force a placement at a favourable price.

JMHO

I know most investors would have trouble with such a short position with the large change in price.... Now a $3.00 FT placement would have staughtered the holders of this short position as replacing it would be out of the question.....

What managment have to be aware of is who holds this short and be carefull not to sell them shares via a PP.
