It seems unlikely FNC will sell out in total without first testing the 'target'. However they might just do a jv with Noront for combination of cash/shares and commitment to spend x dollars on drilling. Maybe only give up 20% and hang on to remaining 80% which isn't deal Noront would like BUT that's the only way I see FNC dealing prior to test of target.
