One has to wonder why all the secrecy by Smith, no drill rig had been contracted or at least no news release to that effect. Is there a ground loop being done? PRB is doing it the right way and keeping share holders notiifed. Thye've done a couple of PP's where as Smith has not. WHY? If he does a PP at $1.70 and raises a few million I can't see how the dilution of a few million shares will hurt FNC shareholders???

I'm a shareholder but concerned about the reality of what Smith is doing. And yes I'm concerned about Platinum groups history. Come on Smith, it's time to get off the pot, come out with what's going on here.

I'm gonna call this guy on Mnday and see what I can find out.
