You are pretty much describing the X in yellow on what has been provided below:

hole 22 at -62 dip was a stepout hole and it appears to me to have caught the edge of the cylinder that is trending S-E

granodiorite was hit after going through mineralization in a lot of these

I suggest that people plot these co-ordiates provided in Noront press releases on the map at bottom and they will see that they match up with the x in yellow:

Drill hole            Northing         Easting    azimuth     dip

NOT-07-17          5843562        547290       269          -60

NOT-07-18          5843562        547290       269          -69

NOT-07-19          5843528       547275        270          -45

NOT-07-20          5843528       547275       270           -61

NOT-07-21          5843528       547275      270            -73

NOT-07-22          5843525       547340      270            -62

NOT-07-23          5843562       547290      269            -78

NOT-07-24          5843600       547363      270            -42

NOT-07-25          5843563       547070      102            -46

NOT-07-26          5843600       547363       270           -52

NOT-07-27          5843637       547167         90           -45

This is the outline that Noront has been presenting on their website without the hole 22, 24, & 28 location (these have been added with location of collar at x in yellow)
