The McFaulds Fancamp claims are subject to a royalty interest of 2% net smelter returns, of
which the Company may retire 1.5% net smelter returns by the payment of $1,500,000.
In fiscal 2006, the Company granted an option to Probe Mines Ltd. pursuant to which Probe
Mines Ltd. may earn the option to acquire 100% ownership in the McFaulds claims. In fiscal
2007, both Probe Mines Ltd. and the Company abandoned the claims. As a result, all costs
associated to the property are written off.

Good thing NOT came along for indiders to sell lots of shares at a good buck. Sure hope its worth the hold??????
