You are right it's a bit difficult to dig through everything and see where the value is as an area play along with NORONT.

FNC has what seems to be a very good target for potential extension of the same type of mineralization that NORONT has found. The proximity and number of shares outstanding in FNC makes it atractive.

Any kind of find or indicators to mineralization will cause FNC to immediately POP.  My guess is they have better chance than anyone at the moment to find something like Noront. Their close proximity means they don't even have to find as big a deposit to make it economical. Should be a ride on NOT's shirtails but doesn't seem to be doing much for share price lately.
