Thanks for posting this update Java40. With no real clear indication as to whether they have to modify the old legislation or create a whole new piece of legislation for just the oil and gas industry, I am going to forget about any real news on an exploration permit in S.A. until the New Year. The only other front that may have something positive before year end may be from Hungary with either an update on the second well being flow tested or a possible new option by NIS on re-entering the Mako 4 or Mako 7 wells.

If anyone has links to Hungary with either a shareholder on the ground or news reports - it would be nice to know whether there is any positive news on flow testing going on at the second NIS well???
