Im a newcomer to this board but not to this stock. You do realize how ridiculous you all are watching this stock, day in and day out, monitoring its every non-movement, hoping that dear Mr. O'Quigley will come bail you out for your bad investment decisions. Here's a little piece of information. Companies are bound by confidentiality agreements. Do you really think that if Exxon was in the data room and at the negotiating table that Falcon would disclose that even if they could? Either they cant tell you what's happening, or nothing is happening. I am inclined to think it is the latter....
