So the Australian deal was supposed to close today. It is currently midnight in Australia, so I would presume the deal is finalized........no news.

June 30, 2013, 2nd Quarter completed. No Financials as yet. Since no cash deals have been made in the past few months, how difficult is it to prepare statements in a timely fashion?

It appears that there is lots to tell, so why delay the timing of information.

I just find it odd.
