Hess was attacked at the board room level -

Past had to be changed to meet the new expectations and plan of the new board.

Indicated that the Ausie play did not meet their plans which was to increase cash back to shareholders while increasing current (right now - not 2 to 5 years down the road) earnings

Hess is out of the picture!
