I am personally relieved that there was no press release after the close Friday. From past experience - I have found that when a "Venture" exchange company puts out a press release after the close on Friday - it is almost always bad news. With the market closed for the weekend and no one able to dump their stock for at least two full days, a late Friday press release gives management some time to come up with a new "spin" for Monday morning.
I think that 40bagger is entirely correct in that Hess does not have to inform Falcon before June 30th, and that we will probably see some sort of Halt on the AIM exchange on Monday and the announcement of Hess electing to go forward before trading opens on the TSX on Tuesday.
