How can it be that we are days away from Hess decision and sp is falling and volume is lackluster. We should see both of these going up prior to announcement. I am all in but what's keeping this thing down? I do have a prediction. We might not get a Hess decision but a buyout offer for falcon Australia. What do you think is going on?
