I have a question about this article. Is it saying that Falcon is a buy now at .15 and the target sell price is .22 or is Falcon a buy at .15 and up to and including .22? Is it saying that it should go up from .22 based on future events? If anybody in Falcon land can answer this for the moderately ignant I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
