Thanks so much newtofo. I'm so glad I asked because in my total ignorance of such matters I had wondered if PHUN shareholders would be issued with a number of Falcon shares on a pro rata basis and maybe even a share of the $3million. So at least now I'm not going to be disappointed!

A 10 cent SP would be extremely welcome and be a nice little aperitif for the main course to (hopefully) follow!
