JamesL - I am not sure about the value of the non-listed shares, but do remember Philip mentioning something at the Vancouver presentation about clearing up minority shareholders including SweetPea - preferrably before the Hess decision. Philip has done the Sweetpea part already. He and I discussed the fact that the minority shareholders would probably have to accept whatever was offered to them - since they have such a small position with virtually no control or say in any future directions. My suggestion would be to pick up more of the trading Falcon where you know you can sell at any time, but I don't know if that price of $1.25 has allot of upside or not??
