I have an option to purchase a number of non-listed shares of Falcon Oil & Gas Australia Limited (ordinary shares) at a price of $1.25 per share.

My question (no financial advice, just opinions of what you would do) is should I move ahead with the purchase?

Mr. O'Quigley has already indicated that they will not list these shares, but will sell to a major when the time is right.
