Don't tell this to John Craven or the Russians and a few others that just spent $millions to buy not just their first large block of shares but for some their second and third blocks - knowing exactly how many shares are outstanding. They would be very disappointed to hear your prognosis for Falcon. For myself - I picked up another 10,000 shares under 19 cents and would be happy to buy more if you are selling yours??
