Gasfrac - Found out about this company on this site. Like what I have found. Invested alot, sold 1/2 today at large profit because the 7 day moving average when down through the 20 day moving average on Friday. Still have 1/2 of my shares working - will reinvest when 7 day goes up thru the 20 day. Will sell the remaining shares if the 20 day average goes down thru the 50 day average. Tec analysis, I know the price but not the why'ssss to the price movement. Has patented process to frac shale with gelled propane. Got license from Chevron on process propane to a gel. Has been working with chevron on chevron properties. Positive footnotes from chevron but no headlines yet. Frac with gel has increase production from comparable wells. Gasfrac started out with great fanfare and investor capital and spent without regard. Last summer the President was let go and the company has been managed by the financial manager. Cost where greatly reduced and are under control imho. The company had stated it would have a President replacement by year end. Without any knowledge or information I speculated that the Finanical VP would be named the President or we would see gasfrac being bought out by Chevron. The company hasn't been in a hurry. Again - Pure Speculation only by me without information, just a gut feel. Have a gut feel about the Love Triangle of Falcon/Chevron/Gasfrac also.

Falcon - we all know the story of this great elephant hunter with great acreage around the world but short on resources to develope them and political skills to exist on the african continent. Chevron the AAA Class Oil Giant with excessive resources and politically well connected was missing out on the South African Karoo find shows up with an agreement with Falcon. This love story will continue with Chevron showing up with the Gasfrac process in its portfilio in this desert basin saving the water for food. Life is good!
