I just wanted to follow up with my last post. Yes they will need cash and they will need it very shortly. However, a former CFO is at the helm of this company. I'm sure he will make the best financial decision for this company.

However, unless a farm out is reached, a loan with collateral clause is signed, or the assets in Hungary produce a revenue stream, a convertible instrument will more than likely be issued. There are just too many obligations fast approaching for management to do nothing.

Let's just hope that Hungary comes online quickly then FO can tap more traditional financing options.
