The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Oct. 4, 2011:

Number of shares: 660,900 shares

Purchase price: 15 cents per share

Number of placees: three placees

Insiders: Evan Wasoff 220,300, Rod Wallis 220,300, Gyorgy Szabo 220,300
