My understanding is that phun still owns 23 percent of falcon australia.While they have no revenue and large debt, their creditors have agreed to delay all payments until 2014.A real gamble on beetaloo---but they could own about 10 percent of area after hess jv completed.I own both phun and falcon and am long both.
