You could get a better deal if you are a creditor.

Falcon Oil & Gas four million shares for debt

2011-05-13 16:08 ET - Shares for Debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue four million shares at a deemed price of 12 cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $480,000.

Number of creditors: one creditor

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
