I don’t believe that is the case, but since none of us are members of the BOD, therefore we will not ever know. But if you ask me that if I like the conclusion of this private placement, then my answer is an emphatic yes! The end result is that Falcon raised the funds that were needed to carry out the planned operations, but what’s most inspiring is that they did it within. It’s always confidence inspiring to see that the company’s management and its largest shareholders are willing to put more money into this enterprise. This bodes well for the rest of us.
